Work
Real deployments. Real customers using them. Real failures we then fix.
Vetr Health — Clankup-deployed agents (multi-agent)
Vetr Health is a Canadian manufacturer running production lines where camera data, layout decisions, and back-office work were all sources of repeated friction — important work that didn’t always need a person every time.
What we deployed: three Clankup-powered agents working across the operation:
- Back-office efficiency agent — vendor management, internal docs, repeat administrative work
- Product decisions agent — synthesizing internal data, financials, and operational signals into clearer calls on what to build, when, and where to invest
- Assembly line optimization agent — using real-time camera data and historical production data to reconfigure physical floor layout and station setup as conditions change
Status: pilot, ongoing.
What changed: senior team time reclaimed on back-office and product-decision work; assembly-line reconfigurations now respond to live conditions instead of quarterly review cycles.
NAIDA Communications — Clankup-deployed agents (multi-agent)
NAIDA Communications is a Canadian communications agency. Three areas were pulling senior-team time into work that mattered but didn’t always need a person — and they had a proprietary framework (DARE: Develop / Acquire / Retain / Elevate) they wanted reflected in how the work got handled.
What we deployed: three Clankup-powered agents:
- Sales audit agent — pipeline review, deal hygiene, surfacing what’s stuck and why
- Training workflow efficiency agent — encoding the DARE framework into the team’s training cycles so onboarding and skill-up don’t reset every time someone new arrives
- Dealmaking agent — supporting active deal threads with research, drafting, and follow-up
Status: pilot, ongoing.
What changed: senior account team time pulled back from pipeline triage and training cycles, redirected to active dealmaking; DARE methodology now applied consistently rather than re-explained per onboarding.

Civitai — Infrastructure agents (multi-agent)
Civitai isn’t an SMB — they’re a tech platform — but the same playbook (deploy agents that handle real work) applies.
Civitai operates one of the largest generative AI platforms on the internet, serving millions of creators with on-demand image and model generation. Their infrastructure costs were scaling faster than the platform was, and incident response was eating engineering capacity.
What we deployed: AI agents managing their infrastructure operations — paired with an underlying cloud-to-bare-metal migration to support them.
- Operations agents — streamline and optimize internal infrastructure usage day-to-day
- Incident response automation — fewer alerts ending up in a human’s lap
- Underlying engineering: migrated workloads off the cloud onto bare-metal — 80% ongoing cost savings
Status: ongoing engagement.
